I only have one deesight weapon left to get for this season, Optative. It has never dropped once since the start of the season. Now, when I tried Tuesday, on reset, to get the guarantied deepsight weapon from the Spirit of Riven, it consumed the Wish engrams but didn't give me anything and I just completed a run of Riven's Lair to get the daily guarantied deepsight and once again, no red border Optative.
