Lightfall season pass dudgeon keys not given to me
I purchased the lightfall season pass which was over $100 and I did not receive either dudgeon keys. Is there any reason for this or can I just request a refund. Im on Steam.

the dungeon key in Lightfall deluxe is for Ghost of the Deep and Warlords Ruin, not for Duality and Spire of the Watcher if that's what you mean
