Cross save issue
A while ago I cross saved my account to a play station account, but have since gotten rid of my play station, and now realize that my old ps4 account is still added. I don't remember the e-mail or password for it, and cant really find a way to remove it. Also, it isn't authenticated. Any suggestions?

2 RepliesHey there, you will need to work with Sony to try to recover access to the account. The only way to remove it is to cancel cross-save by authenticating all accounts. Bungie does not forcibly unlink accounts or cancel cross-save.
