Wait bungie, you think 1 exotic Cypher a week is good?
To my knowledge the only way to get a exotic Cypher is doing ours quest every weekend. I hope you plan on putting them in some kinda content if it's the new cost of focusing new exotics.

While it sucks we needed years to collect all the exotics. Yes it takes time but many players dont even visit Xur at all and then when they realize they need it for a rank they get all upset it takes so long And why does rank matter, theres nothing prestigious about Destiny 2 ranks. I usually get up to rank 10 which is free and then leave it. But even rank 7 is fine. For the loadout slots. It really doesnt matter at this point, TFS is nearby There also are a bunch of weapon quests for exotic guns all over the place so check out those. Its called putting in work and time and having access to all guns for basically free , guns you can outright buy guns we did quests for to get. Lenghty quests

I've been doing them for 12 weeks,iits the only way to hit 90 exotic weapons for rank 10 before the season ends, I still need 5 & there's 5 weeks left, despise running 21 strikes every weekend but I've no choice, it only counts gambit & PvP wins & 21 wins is impossible given how mm works, I'm still only on 4/10 wins on the malfeasance quest & I've had it months, lose, lose, lose, lose, lose

Maybe they omitted a change in how ciphers are earned. If not,yeah this is a bad move. As it is now,newer players are still trying to catch up exotic wise.

We need another way for deepsight harmonizers aswel from xur because from what I'm aware they are only in the season pass

1 ReplyI think the season pass gives out a couple but after that yeah the only source is from the weekly quest Xûr has. I think (I haven't run the quest cause I don't have a reason to get ciphers) you can run it on each character giving you three a week but I could be wrong.
