Harsh Truth: Pantheon is NOT Meant for Everyone
Cry it out. Let it alllll out.
It was made for hardcore players who want to test themselves and train themselves for the FS Day 1 raid. It’s as simple as that.
Don’t expect every single activity in this game to be beatable by anyone. It’s an online game where players can earn prestige by completing activities and challenges that the majority of players cannot. This is not unique to D2. Pretty much any online game you’ll find has stuff like this.
This community has a really big problem with self-entitlement. So many of you think that just because you give Bungie money, you now deserve every piece of loot the game has to offer. NOT HOW THAT WORKS. You still need to earn it in game.
So, if you’re upset that Pantheon is too difficult for you, you have 2 options: practice and get better at the game in order to complete it. Or give up and don’t complain. No one here cares to hear your complaints.
To Bungie: Thanks for Pantheon. Boss rush activities are always fun in any game. The loot in Pantheon is awesome as well. And thank you for giving us something to hone our skills in preparation for the FS Day 1 raid. May I recommend bringing back a similar boss rush mode in TFS? Maybe not necessarily as difficult, but the same idea.

4 RepliesI like it better than doing the full raids. Only problem I am having is can’t seem to find a fireteam on LFG finder that knows what to do. I just want to get eyes of tomorrow, collective obligation and conditional finality. Got the other exotics. Clans seem to be dead right now with doing activities. Oh well I guess

It's for EVERYONE to play..good or bad. Good players were once bad players, correct? This type of entitlement is why this game is failing in some aspects.. This is comedy at its finest. The finest bait. If all the casuals left and there were only elitist left this game would be no more.

Everyone who paod for the content should have the ability to complete it. The "hardcore" players are the smallest group, they should never be catered or pandered to as the moment that happens the casuals will leave. Elitism should be shunned, nobody cares about the hardcore players, theyre half the reason thus franchise went to -blam!-. -

1 ReplyPantheon is fine. Too many players were hard carried and only did the ad clear role in the past. Lack of sherpas as they are burned out. If more players actually learned the roles, pantheon wouldn't be so bad.

It's actually not for endgame regulars, they already have God rolls of the weapons and the exotics It's to entice new and casual players to step there toe in a raid environment because Final Shape is going to conclude in the raid, and I bet there will be quests involving the raid , just like Taken King and Forsaken -
